We're excited to announce the launch of The Flinders Wharf's monthly guest chef series, 'On-Island Time'. Each month, a pair of renown chefs will spend four days fishing, hunting, foraging, and meeting with local producers on the island, before cooking up a storm from Friday through Saturday at The Flinders Wharf.
First up, they're bringing in chefs James Viles and Ryan Kovac, from Bertha's Meats, to work their magic with beautiful Flinders Island produce.
