HOLIDAY PACKAGE TERMS WHEN BOOKING THROUGH A SHARP AIRLINES HOLIDAYS CONSULTANT ACCOMMODATION AVAILABILITY Please note that all accommodation reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. All accommodation and car hire are specified to be "on request". Your booking can not be confirmed at the time of booking but we will endeavour to confirm availability within 48 hours by email to the email address you provide to us. You will not have to pay anything until we have confirmed availability.
Once confirmation has been made, we will require a 10 percent (non-refundable) deposit of the full amount of the package. The balance will be required 60 days prior to your departure date (unless otherwise arranged) Prices are only guaranteed once full payment is received by us.
Once deposit has been received, we will charge a $50.00 change fee for any changes made to itinerary.
No refund is available for cancellations or deferment within 30 days of the date of commencement of the Holiday Package. This includes airfares and any car hire, accommodation, tours or any other services not used. No refund is available for cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control. Cancellation or deferment of Holiday Packages outside of 30 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the package.
Unexpected situations can arise before or during your holiday so we recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover: •Loss of money through cancellation or deferment due to unforeseen circumstances. •Loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money and other valuables. •Medical expenses. Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
The person affecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to these Booking Conditions. All communications from us will be sent to the email address you provide to us at the time you make your booking. It is a condition of our confirmation of your booking and acceptance of your payment in respect of your holiday that payments are made on your behalf to Suppliers by Sharp Airlines Holiday At the Airport Passengers, please be advised that random baggage inspections are performed as part of Sharp Airlines continued commitment to safety and security. If requested by staff at the check-in desk you are required to open and display the contents of your baggage to ensure no dangerous or prohibited items are carried on board the aircraft. If you refuse to display the contents when requested, your baggage will be refused travel on the aircraft. Passengers are required to present photo identification at check-in. Our responsibility The services that we supply consist solely of arranging and coordinating travel, and accommodation facilities and services and making reservations, issuing tickets and vouchers to customers for the provision of services and facilities by Suppliers. We undertake to perform these services with reasonable care and skill. However, in the event that we do not meet that undertaking, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including liability for negligence) that may arise in connection with our performance of these services. The standard of accommodation and other services are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class, however, we make no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the provision of any service of which we are not the Supplier. Sharp Airlines Holidays does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any Supplier in connection with your Holidays Package pursuant to a contract.
